In its report, AFP quoted a source close to Hezbollah as saying that a local Hezbollah leader was also among the four fighters killed. Earlier, the Israeli Army released a video saying that its fighter planes bombed the Yaroun area of Lebanon. It is noteworthy that a senior Hamas leader was killed in the attack in Beirut last week, which increased the tension in Gaza.
Hezbollah also confirmed the death
Hezbollah said in a statement that four fighters were killed on a Jerusalem street. However, the group did not provide details about the killed fighters. A source close to Hezbollah told AFP that all four were killed in Nakura, near the Israeli border. A local leader was also among those killed. Lebanon’s official national news agency said Israeli planes struck the center of Nakura, destroying one house and damaging nearby houses.
175 people have died in Lebanon
The Lebanese group on Wednesday announced the death of five more fighters in southern Lebanon. According to AFP reports, 175 people have been killed in Lebanon in Israeli firing in almost three months. These include 129 Hezbollah fighters.
